2009 JEFF WYMER MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT
JUNE 11- 12 -13- 14th
COMPLEX: Buffalo, WV Softball Complex – Buffalo (Putnam), WV
SACTION: ASA NATIONAL REGIONAL QUALIFIER
GAMES: 4 Game Guarantees
AGE GROUPS: 8U 10U 12U 14U, 16U, 18U, 23U
**Teams will be accepted on a first come basis…ENTER EARLY**
ENTRY FEE: $400 BY MAY 22 2009
$100.00 deposit will hold your spot}
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: $375.00 if played by FEB 1st 2009
No refunds shall be granted after May 1st 2009
QUALIFYING TEAMS WILL RECEIVE APPLICATION FOR THE NATIONALS AFTER THE TOURNAMENT. Information on tournament dates and locations will be included in registration packet and will be available at check-in.
Teams must provide proof of insurance. Teams must have roster and birth certificates upon request.
Teams will be notified of acceptance: additional tournament information, including tournament brackets and rules, will be mailed, e-mailed or faxed at a later date. Information may also be found on the WV Dusters web site.

TOURNAMENT WILL START THURSDAY @ 5:30 FOR LOCAL TEAMS AND TEAMS THAT REQUEST THURSDAY GAMES. ALL OTHER GAMES WILL START @ 12:00PM FRIDAY JUNE 12TH
