Riedland won the Graves tournament this weekend defeating Graves 4-0 in the semis and Lone Oak 13-3 in the finals. Also beat Livingston
4-3 in pool play.

Is anyone playing tournaments in the Bowling Green area? I know Drakes Creek is playing in Heath's tournament this coming weekend.

There was a tournament in Barren Co this past weekend, but I have no results. Mystic, how did Drakes do ( I bet they won)?

It was a round robin format with Barren, DCMS, Allen and Owensbore Cath.
Barren 2 -1 wins OC Allen lose DCMS
DCMS 2-1 wins Barren Allen lose OC ( we have split with OC so far 1-1)
OC 2-1 wins DCMS Allen lose barren
Allen 0-3

it was good softball by all teams no games where more than one and two runs games

Looking forward to this weekend we play Graves at 6:30 and Reiland at 8:00 at Heath

I would like to invite everyone to Kentucky Special Olympics Softball tournament in Bowling Green on Sept 11 and 12. My daughter and I volunteer last year and with several of Greenwood high and Drakes Middle players volunteering again this year. DCMS @ Heath
Pool Play
DCMS 2 -Graves 1
DCMS 2 - Reiland 1

Bracket
DCMS 9 - Ballard 1
DCMS 3 - Graves 1
DCMS vs Livingston in the finals but rained out in the second. Livingston was given first since they only gave up one run in pool play and the number one seed and DCMS gave up 2 runs and was the second seed.

Pool B
Owensboro Cath 1-1
Marshall 1-1
Lone Oak 1-1

Pool C
Livingston 2-0
Ballard 1-1
Heath 0-2

Mystics thanks for the update. From what I've seen there are not any dominant middle school teams this year. State tournament should be wide open.

Where's Christian Co.?
